How it works

Your receipt links to a short intake form (about 10 minutes). Keep your account public.
We review and plan
We check your account, review your profile and recent posts, and write your plan. Your PDF arrives by email within 5 business days of a complete intake.
Ask your questions
Email us within 14 days and we'll answer once, in writing, within 3 business days.
Who it's not for
- Anyone who wants followers, reach, leads or sales promised. We can't promise any result.
- Anyone who wants us to post, reply or manage the account (not included)
- Protected, suspended or nearly empty accounts. We check before any work starts; if the audit can't be done, we refund you in full.
- Accounts mainly about politics, adult content or gambling. We check before any work starts; if we decline the order, we refund you in full.
- Paid ads or X Premium decisions
Refunds
We refund your order in full in these cases only:
- No intake. If we haven't received your intake form 7 days after purchase, we send a reminder. If it still hasn't arrived 14 days after purchase, we close the order and refund you in full.
- Weekly slots full. We take 5 audits a week (Monday to Sunday, Eastern Time). If your order comes in after they're taken, it starts the following week. If you'd rather not wait, ask before we start and we'll refund you in full.
- Account check. Before any work starts, we check that your account is public, active and not suspended, with enough public posts to review, and that it isn't mainly about politics, adult content or gambling, which we don't audit. If it's protected, suspended or nearly empty, or in one of those categories, we decline the order and refund you in full.
- Late delivery. If your PDF arrives later than 5 business days after your complete intake, you can ask for a full refund at any point before we answer your follow-up questions.
Apart from these cases, the order can't be refunded once your PDF is delivered. If a file won't open or is missing, email hello@backlogtooffer.com and we'll fix it or send a replacement. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
Privacy
Your answers are used only to write your report. We don't share them or use them for marketing, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.

Do you need my password?
Never. We only review what's public. Please don't send login details.
Will this grow my account?
No one can promise followers, reach or sales; results depend on many things outside our control, including X itself. You get a clear review and a plan you can run.
Do you post for me?
No. You stay in control and post everything yourself.
