Your receipt links to a short intake form (about 15–20 minutes). Upload your current resume.
We write it
Our team drafts your resume and LinkedIn sections, then reviews every line. Your files arrive by email within 5 business days of a complete intake.
One revision round
Reply within 14 days with your changes in one message. Revised files come back within 3 business days.
Who it's not for
- Anyone who wants interviews, offers or a salary level promised. We can't promise any job outcome.
- Academic CVs, federal (USAJOBS) resumes, non-English resumes, or roles outside the work listed above. If your order is one of these, we decline it and refund you in full.
- Cover letters, applications or LinkedIn profile management (not included)

Refunds
We refund your order in full in these cases only:
- No intake. If we haven't received your intake form 7 days after purchase, we send a reminder. If it still hasn't arrived 14 days after purchase, we close the order and refund you in full.
- Weekly slots full. We take 5 orders a week (Monday to Sunday, Eastern Time). If your order comes in after they're taken, it starts the following week. If you'd rather not wait, ask before we start and we'll refund you in full.
- Outside what we cover. Academic CVs, federal resumes, non-English resumes and roles outside our niche are declined before any work starts and refunded in full.
- Late delivery. If your first files arrive later than 5 business days after your complete intake, you can ask for a full refund at any point before your revision round is delivered.
Apart from these cases, the order can't be refunded once your files are delivered, and no refunds are given after the revision round. If a file won't open or is missing, email hello@backlogtooffer.com and we'll fix it or send a replacement. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
Privacy
Your resume and answers are used only to complete this order. We don't share them or use them for marketing. Before using AI drafting tools, we remove your name, email, phone number and street address. We delete your files 30 days after delivery.

Do I need a call?

Will this get me interviews?
No service can promise interviews or offers; hiring decisions are up to employers. We write your real experience clearly for the role you want.
Do you add numbers or skills I don't have?
No. Everything comes from what you send us. Missing numbers are marked [NEED] for you to fill in or cut.
Do discount codes work?
