The Resume Quick-Fix Checklist
Fix the small things that make a resume easy to skip: a vague summary, bullets that list duties instead of results, and formatting that hiring software can't read. Check yours in about 15 minutes.
Gumroad delivers the PDF. Enter your email (and $0 if it asks for a price). You'll get occasional product updates and job-search tips. Unsubscribe any time.
What's inside
- Top of the page (5 checks): contact details, a title line that matches the job, and a 2 to 3 line summary with real proof
- Experience bullets (6 checks): action verbs, the action + what + result formula, honest numbers and a before-and-after example (fictional)
- ATS basics (5 checks): one column, standard headings, the post's own key terms and consistent dates
- Formatting (4 checks): length, font, consistency and the right file to send
- LinkedIn alignment (4 checks): titles, dates, headline and skills that match your resume
- 5 AI prompts: ground rules, a sharper summary, a bullet upgrade, a keyword gap check, and a final proofread with a LinkedIn match
- An action verb bank and a .txt file of the prompts
Why it helps
- Short enough to finish in one sitting, with one job post open next to your resume
- Every AI prompt tells the AI to use only your facts and to ask instead of guessing. You check every line yourself
- Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or any similar chat tool, free or paid. The checklist works without AI too
- Written for any role, with extra help for project, Agile and delivery work
