Privacy policy

Last updated: [launch date]. This is a starter policy written to be easy to read. Review it before launch.

This policy explains what information Backlog to Offer ("we") collects when you visit backlogtooffer.com or buy from us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell it.

When you browse this site

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics. Our web host may keep standard server logs, like IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

When you buy

Purchases happen on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details, name and email to process the order and deliver your files. We never see your full card number. Gumroad shares your email and order details with us so we can help with your purchase. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

If you join the email list

If you sign up for tips, we keep your email address to send them. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use an email service provider to send them: [provider name, once chosen].

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't share it, except with the services named above that help us run the shop, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@backlogtooffer.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the EU, you may have extra rights under local law.

Children

This site is for adults looking for work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
