Delivery people are great at showing progress. Just not on a resume.
Backlog to Offer makes resume templates and LinkedIn guides for one group of people: the ones who make projects happen.
If you're a Scrum Master, a project manager or a PMO lead, you spend your days making work visible. You keep boards clean, track cycle time and walk leaders through what's done and what's at risk.
Then you open a blank resume, and all of that turns into a list of duties. "Facilitated ceremonies." "Managed stakeholders." Hiring software can't tell what you achieved, and neither can the recruiter reading it for a few seconds.
So we built templates that work the way delivery people think. Every section asks for a result, not a task. The samples show what that looks like with real-sounding numbers, and the blank versions prompt you to add your own.
What we believe
- Results over buzzwords. One line with a number beats three lines of jargon.
- Simple beats fancy. Our layouts skip the columns, icons and photos that confuse hiring software.
- Honest help. Job hunting is hard. We'll give you practical tools, and we'll never promise an offer.
Who's behind it
Backlog to Offer is a small, independent shop. Everything we sell is designed and written in-house, and every sample resume uses fictional people and companies.
